Abstract

Le système institutionnel de l'Union européenne est original et se distingue de manière radicale des systèmes institutionnels de ses Etats membres. Le cours permettra d’appréhender au mieux un système institutionnel difficile à saisir et d’apporter une compréhension de l'organisation et du fonctionnement du système institutionnel et du système normatif de l'Union européenne. L’étudiant devra avoir développé une faculté d'analyse des compétences de chaque institution.

The institutional system of the European Union is original and radically different from the institutional systems of the member states. The lesson helps the students to understand the institutional system that is difficult to grasp and to provide an understanding of the organization and functioning of the European Union's institutional system and the normative system. The student must have developed an ability to analyze the skills of each institution.
